Bichir Injury

I recently added a small 3 inch bichir to my tank and i think my ghost knife bit part of his fin off...will it grow back? i have since separated the bichir into a separate tank. its the side fin next to his gills.

it should grow back fine - good food and keep the water really clean, should be fine.
