hi all

a few weeks ago my new tank got a bga outbreak, it was everywere all over the sand, it was like the sand was green.

anyway weeks later it looks like the bga is rotting away, i mean theres plenty of it left but its shrinking, theres less now than there was before.
could this be that now my tank is maturing and becoming more stable that it is naturally ridding itself off the bga? i mean my valls have been spreading so this could be helping. so is it possible that my tank is naturally stabilising thus ridding itself of the bga? does this happen? or am i just getting to far ahead of myself?

cheers,
sean

i'll take that as a good thing :).

has this ever happened to anyone else? or did u have to do something to ur tank to help rid of the bga?
coz it seems a bit strange that it just starts to look like its dying off, and that no1 else as mentioned that as a possibility before. knowing my luck its probably just bunching together to get more powerful and soon it will expand to 10 times its original size and will become carnivourous, that probably seems a more likely outcome for me, than the positive 1 that it could actually be dying off.

cheers
