Just wondered if this is normal, I bred betta's before but this never happened, so this week I moved my male from my community tank to my propagater and since then he's been building huge nests so I bought him two females and all he's done is display at them and chase them off so I'm a bit worried.

You shouldn't have added the 2 females into the tank with the male in the hope that they will breed
