hi , i have about 18 females in my 120 litre tank, i noticed today, one of them has an eye missing, it doesnt look like a wound , theres no infection ,cud have been bought ;like that and i overlooked it, but apart from that she has a white patch on the top of her head, as do a couple of others , its not fungus or whitespot , ph nitrate everything ok any ideaspse

First I would seperate the sick one into a tank by itself so that it doesn't spread anything to your other girls. Why do you say it's not a fungus? Because that's exactly what it sounds like to me... I would seperate, add salt (1 tsp. per gallon), go to your lfs and get something to treat it. Maroxy, Melafix, etc. Also remember that dosing instructions are sometimes different for bettas so beware of over medicating. Also do TONS of water changes. I'm talking like every other day at least. Because dirty water is a no-no. Also keep the water warmer than you typically do. Hope this helps. I have had many a betta with the kind of look you describe and it typically detoriorates quickly. Usually from the patch on the head it turns into a "raw" looking spot that appears to be eating away at it. If you caught it early it may not be too late. Goodluck. hope I helped.
