Bettas

i have 18 gallon square tank with platys, neons, glowlights a rainbow shark and a male swordtail and 2 mollies can i put a betta in with these or are they not suitable

I'd say no. The betta would beat most of those up. And eat the neons.

I would not add a Betta, I believe that Bettas should be housed alone.

the betta wouldnt eat the neons, but they would nip his tail, and the shark would harass the betta too.

the tank sounds fully stocked to me.

It would be eayser for you to just buy a small tank for one!
