Do these fish go by their name and fight other fish or do they not do they fight with their own species or just fight particular fish if so then what fish do they fight with ?

99% of the time they will fight their own species. You get the ocasional odd one that doesn't, but it's really not worth the risk.

As for other fish? It depends. Sometimes they don't care about other fish, sometimes they do. They won't be as aggressive to the others as they would to their own species, but if you're planning on putting one with others keep an eye on it and make sure you've got something spare to keep him in just incase things do turn nasty.

They will fight and kill their own species. The females are more peaceful. Males shouldn't be kept with anything of a similar colour or with long finnage meaning it may be misinterpreted as a fellow SFF. Nor should they be kept with anything that may nip their fins like neons, tiger barbs etc.
Or so i believe....
