Bettas In Community Tanks

Does anyone keep their betta in a community tank and if so what size is it and what other fish does it share with?

Does he have any friends or enemies?

i used to have my male betta in with community but he was "special" i would never add another one now he has passed on. However he was in with long finned danios, angels, different types of tetra, gouramies (spelleing?), femaile fighters, corys, swords and platies (think thats every thing). But as i said before i would not do it again i have learnt that from this forum and i realise with him i was lucky.

yer they dont make the best community fish, you could keep them with cories, plecs and other bottom feeders

in the past i have kept a pair with platies, neons and plecs also kept a male with angelfish, barbs and gourami, but would never do it now i know they are solitary fish
