Bettas Are Sick :'(

my fish are sick and i don't know what is rong with them,

they have white strands coming from there tails and my male and female are just hiding under the filter al the time, they are breathing heavily and hardly eating, lets put it this way, i put in bloodworms which they usually go mad for but they just looked at them and swam away

doing 90% water changes daily and adding tap water conditioner and stress coat

need help plzzzzz

but they are in packets the bloodworms, they are betta delicia bloodworms in jelly

so i shudn't think that wud make them get sick
