Bettas And Hatchets ?

Anyone ever keep these together ? I am considering a school of 6 Hatchets in my 30 gallon. I am reluctant to fill it with female Bettas due to the problems I am having. I have 4 Bettas in that tank now, 3 in bowls, and one in small tank in the kitchen all due to either being sneaky males or bullying

I am regretting this whole Betta thing. Now have 3 tanks....setting one up at work.....and have 3 girls I have to find somthing to do with them or have little bowls all over the house. This just ain't right. I have the worst of luck

May give up on them all together.

I have 8 Bettas. 4 of them so far have had to be removed as possible young males. I am afraid to buy more with same results so I am considering other fish I may add with the 4 currently in there.
