Bettas And Angelfish

Will a Betta be alright with some angelfish, loaches (Zebra,Queen or Tiger), Guppies and neons?

Neons will more than likely nip the fins of your Betta.
The Betta will nip at the Guppies as they are similar looking fish and pose a threat to him.
I don't think the Betta will work out with the Angels either.

Betta fish are better to be alone in a small tank between 5 to 10 gal tank.
