betta?

Hi.

I just want to know when does a betta flair up all its fins i have seen alot of peoples photos of theres when there fins are flaired but some have still got them down?
So can you tell me please.

if they see another male or female they will flair or if you hold a mirror up to the tank he will

Yeah, I put my red VT in the 20g with the cories today and he went loopy. So I had to set up the other 3g.
