Betta wont eat

Hey everyone,

I'm taking care of my friends betta for a couple of weeks and it wont eat anything. Any suggestions?

What is the temp of the water if you can find out. If you cant and its cold, thats probably why.

Turn up the heater like mine. I set up to 80F in my house. I am at Topeka, Kansas.
Outside is 16 F and inside is 80F.
