Betta With Turtle Good Mates?

Thinking of getting a betta again, is it ok to keep with a mini turtle or a small cat fish, the kind the sucks the glass of a tank clean.
 
NO. A turtle will require different water conditions to a betta, and even a small species will most likely eat your fish.

Also, "sucking" catfish like Plecs require a lot of space. Most plecs require at least 55 gallons, usually a lot more.

Your betta is best off in a 5 gallon+ tank on it's own.
 
you could have a couple of pitbull plecs with the betta depending on size of the tank their min is 40 litres - at least 18x12
