Betta With...maybe Small Growth?

My betta Kenni has what looks like a little white bubble under his fin. It isn't much like a bubble except for the shape because it looks like if you'd touch it it'd be hard or rough. It's pretty small- and it isn't getting bigger. He's acting normally. I've added aquarium salt to the water and some Melafix. Should I continue this medication? I've only added Melafix once.
