Betta With A Funny Eye

I found that one of my females has a funny eye It looks like a big blister over the eye What do I do?

also what is the tank size, water stats, stock list

i tried getting a pic but where the tank is the light isnt very good and the pics dont really come out well. The tank is 12 gallons, and there are 5 female CTPK bettas and one apple snail. Water changed was yesterday and everyone seemed fine then, ammonia 0 nitrites 0 nitrates 20

It looks like a blister over the eye, it doesnt appear to be pop eye, the eye itself doesnt look like its popped if you see what I mean.

dont worry guys have got a diagnosis from elsewhere. It apparently is pop eye, but more likely due to damage. will be treating with antibiotics
