I noticed earlier today that one of my bettas has a lump on one of her sides.
At first I thought I had just overfed her, but then I noticed it was only on one side.
Also she seems to have these pimple looking things on her lower jaw. There are about 4 of them there and they look little clear blisters.

I plan on fasting her for a bit to see if that could be the problem with the lump, but the pimple/blister whatever thing is a bit worrying.

She acts totally normal though. Lively, begs for food, eats like a pig, swims around normal, etc etc.

Water readings are fine and the other betta in the tank (it's divided) has nothing wrong with him. No unusual marks, no bloating or anything of the sort.

Is the tank filtered? Does it have a heater?

Is the lump closer to her stomach area or more near the middle or back of the tail?

Bettas Can Get Tumors, Too

Take a look at the above link, it gives some insight to tumors and a betta. I had a betta once with a tumor, it looked like little bumps on his head.

You could possibly try treating with a bacterial medication, if you don't think it's a tumor.

If the lumps look soft filled with liquid bacterial med, but best to issolate as they can burst and infect the others.
If its hard could be a tumour so sorry.

Yes the tank is filtered (cycled) and heated to about 82F.

As for the lump, it's close to her stomach, that's why I thought she was just bloated at first until i saw that it was only on one side.
I dunno what a tumor on a fish would look like if that is what it is.

As for the tiny bumps on her "chin"... they don't look soft... as I said, they just look like tiny little clear pimples.
I haven't really had a good look at her today, I'll check her tomorrow to see if there is any difference in her appearance.

The pimples on the chin do they look like a caulifower, or a cluster of berries.

Neither. Just looks like she has fish acne. None of them are clustered together, none are on or even touching eachother. They're just little pimple looking things.

As for her lump... it hasn't gone away unfortunatly. It hasn't gotten bigger though and she still acts totally normal.
