Betta Toy

I want to put a "toy" in Fred's tank, so he has something to play with. I want to put a PVC fitting, like a 2" tee or coupling, into the tank. This will give him something to swim in and out of. What I need to know is will something made of PVC be ok to use in my fish's tank. I want to give Fred something to do

no problem, just wash it with warm water and make sure that there aren't any areas where Fred can get stuck. my bettas love playing around in caves and such.... but I have one guy that doesn't even acknowledge his tunnel/cave thingy.

you may want to sand down any sharp edges

Thanks. I hope he likes it, but as picky as he is, I will probably get flared at then given the fin
