I'm treating a betta for someone that has gotten bitten quite badly 
, there is little left of It's anal fin and the rays of the fin are dead and hangin out from underneath it 
. The tail fin is also almost gone 
. This fish also has fungus and is in the early stages of fin rot 
. You might think this betta is a gonner 
but it has an amazing will to live! This fish still eats and even chases others away from it in an 'I'm the boss' sort of way. It struggles to swim yet this does not deter it from trying. I't looks playfull and full of life but you can see that it's sickness is starting to really make it unhappy. I've got the courageous little nut on finrot and fungus treatments, I also added some salt to the water and am going to do daily water changes(I only got it the beggining of this evening. Any suggestions on what else I can do for it because if you know something that could help then it would be greatly appreciated.
