Well, a few days ago my guppy died to unknown reasons the only visible symptom was discoloration after death. Which i believe happens to all fish, so i wouldnt think its really a symptom. Anyway, my betta is now swimming on its side, but its eating fine. Its also always at the top of the tank. Could this be the same thing that killed my guppy? None of the other fish act this way.

Help please.

It might help to know what tank he is in and with what, any changes you've made recently, your water stats etc. More information basically.

edit* - ack, me not reading again... I can see in your sig what tank he is and with what. duh. Anyway, yes, other information regarding water stats, recent changes / additions / treatments. That will help. :)

Size, and fish are in my sig....
Ive made no changes, and remove 20% of the water aweek (Gravel vac). My water stats are all normal. Ill do a large water change and gravel vac tomorrow, abit too late where i live.

Is he able to swim normally at all? Look up swim bladder issues in fish...that could be the culprit.
