anyone know a website if there is one where i can find miscellanious betta stuff anything from food to tanks

I've just looked for a site for you for ages, but I can't help at the moment. I'll carry on looking in a little while. I found this thing on UK Classified Adverts - Buy, Sell and Swap, with all sorts of tropical and marine fish, but I couldn't find any complete betta setups there.
But I did find something completley different...someone selling a lovely male betta - IN A VASE! It was really tall and thin, and there was this peace lily floating on the top! It makes me soooo angry! Grrrr!

I've been looking to buy an idiot proof as I can find betta starter tank / setup kit for about a month now and haven't really found anything much. The starter kit in pets @ home seems a bit tall and thin and I can't find a Rena Aquarama 60 anywhere locally at a decent price.

Theres a European company i've come across selling a breeding tank setup that looks like it would be very betta friendly as a living space, but its the prohibitive cost of getting it shipped. Having spoken to e-tailers that stock tanks they're either ones packaged for transport like the Fish r fun or the biorbs or at the other extreme the Juwel tanks, which are popular enough that they factor the shipping into the price.

Can anyone correct me on this?

Equally i've not seen much in the way of a product review site - for any aspect of Aquarium keeping, including betta safe fake plants etc

Get a tank with a filter and light built into it. They are about £30 pounds (we have one here at work)

Get a heater, these are £11 off ebay

gravel to suit. Decs to suit.

A fish

All done

If you want for £50 I can get everything for you and provide you with a baby betta from our spawn.

oh just looked and our tank here at work is a 'fish are fun' tank. Well worth the money.

Use live plants 9 out of 10 bettas we spoke to prefer them!
