Apparently I have the least picky Betta ever. He has eaten every type of fish food I have put into his tank, and most of the time it wasn't meant for him. He recently injured one of my cories while eating their sinking pellet, and I suppose he has decided that he likes the new food better, because he isn't eating his Betta food anymore. Can anyone offer suggestions (other than seperating him, this is a last resort option)? I will likely lose a cory out of this and I don't want to lose the other two

Sounds tricky! In that kind of situation, I usually use distraction. Since he isn't eating his betta pellets, find something else that he does eat (frozen bloodworms would be a safe bet) and drop some in the tank. Then while he's eating that, drop the shrimp pellet in the other side of the tank and with any luck he won't notice it. Other than separation, that's really all I can think of.

OK that sounds like a good option. Of course now he is munching his pellets again happily, so I think I'll try to feed him that while feeding the cories their food.
