Hi
We have a female red dragon betta. We've had her for 3 weeks. She is a Thai bred fish and arrived from the same supplier as our HM male who is absolutely fine.
She is yet to eat from the surface with the others.
There are 4 other females in the tank at present, along with a Yoyo loach and 2 oto's. The tank is 70 Lts and the water stats are, Amm = 0, NitrIte = 0, NitrAte = 15, Ph = 7.2 and Temp 24.
She would take food from the bottom initially but that stopped. We have put her in a hanging net so we could feed her at the same time as the others but with out the competition. We have tried to tempt her with - Live bloodworm, glassworm & daphnia, and betta pro & hikari pellets, and flake and pea. Although she sometimes looks, she hasn't taken anything.
Believing it could be an internal problem, as she looks healthy externally, we dosed with Anti-Bac on 7th.
A 30% water change was done on the 7th prior to the anti-bac.
All the other fish are fit and healthy, and feeding well.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks
