I have a male and female in seperate tanks, and now that my male is mature the female always take notice of him. To show her excitement besides the breeding stripes, she "hovers" like a hummingbird does, and fans her fins at phenomenal speed and almost looks like her body is shivering, then swims very fast back and forth and repeats the process. It's very amusing, but I wont breed them.
