to TFF! Hope you enjoy it here.

Is this your first fish tank? If so, I would recommend doing a fishless cycle. You can read about that HERE. Sources for ammonia HERE.

Do you know the name of the pump? I tried googling the tank to see if I could find the info but not really finding anything :/

The usual causes of noisy filters are;

trapped air (tip the filter from side to side, while it's running, and the air should free itself)
a badly seated impeller (take out, clean and refit)
a faulty pump (nothing you can do, except replace it)

It's also worth mentioning that some filters are noisy at first, until they've 'bedded in', so it is worth letting it run for a day or two and see if it improves at all.

And Ninj has given some great advice on researching fishless cycling that I agree with, 100% :)

its my 2nd tank other tank is coldwater this new one will be tropical .....I'm thinking I might get a new pump this one came with the tank
Many thanks i will try the fishless cycle ,it seems more vibration so will check the impeller as well

You can use a little of the filter media from your current tank to seed your new one; that'll make your cycle go a lot faster :)

Do check that the vibration (if that's what it is) is coming from the filter; sometimes they can set up vibrations in the hood, which might need shifting slightly.
