I thought my bettas really loved me, but it is when I have my glasses on! other times they ignore me..

Aww! Spike gets as close to me as he can when Im in the bedroom, he comes and sits over in the bottom corner and just stares at me! I think hes waiting for food though lol!

No, you're not insane! My betta boy "kisses" me, too. When I put my nose against the tank and send him kisses through the glass, he literally goes nose to nose with me and starts flaring and doing a little dance and getting all excited (kind of like a puppy wagging its tail). And if I pull away, he'll stay there waitng for me!!

(I'm almost embarrassed to tell that--but he is so precious). And sometimes, after he's eaten all he wants, he'll come over close to where I'm sitting next to the tank and kind of hang-out --like he wants some company--wants to play!

When I do that to Khan he swims away really fast. Steve just goes "meh whatever" and ignores me. Meany. But when we yell his name he always seems to swim out to the front of the tank.
