Betta In A 5g At 20c ?

Hi, can i have 1 male betta in a 5g in my bathroom with a constant temp of 20c as no plugs no heater but i take some water and fill it up more everyday. so could this house a betta?

Thats too cold for a betta they should be at at least 24 but preferably 26-28

thats much to cold 24 in the min but thats not very good for them.26 is the min for me

Also a bathroom isnt a good place for fish, with all the deodorants and chemicals in the toilet etc
