I'm wondering what all you guys feed your betta. I think I saw some Nutrafin betta food at my fish shop, but anyway give me your post.

I feed my betta live mosquito larvae (his favorite :hyper:) and TopFin Betta Food Pellets... which he doesn't like very much, because they're hard, but flakes tend to pollute the water if not eaten.

I have some freeze dried bloodworms, would the better eat these?

The betta? Probably. Some, pickier bettas don't warm up to the idea quickly - some love it at first taste. It all really depends on what you feed it to begin with. You can also get these in frozen hard cubes, but a lot of bettas aren't able to eat it because they can't digest the hard cubes, but all you need to do is warm it up in a little tank water/hot water.

Mine love live food, and defrosted frozen, peas, flakes but only the good quality ones..I only feed tiny amounts of this as as you said they muck the water up. Pellets but I have almost run out of these! Also one ate a moth the other day that managed to get in the tank

A moth? A tiny, tiny spider (half the size of a mosquito larvae) snuck into the tank yesterday. Calcifer ignored it, as usual. -_-

I feed mine Betta Bite pellets. That's it for now. Maybe some day I'll get adventurous and get them some bloodworms. but I'm going to have to not be living with my mom, because she would freak if I had them in the fridge or the freezer. :shout:

Same as mine. Well... I have a freezer in my room (I know. Weird. I got stuck with it, part of the reason I have NO space for larger tanks) though it all has packaged food in it. But.. Calcifer loves mosquito larvae. I just need to get him weaned off it by winter. :p

I feed mine Pro's Choice Floating Betta Pellets, HBH Betta Bites, crushed up Grubworm pellets (got these from a friend, I think they are Wardley's Brand.) Every now and then I feed mosquito larvae but only when I can sneak them inside as my mum would faint.

I feed mine frozen food (alternating between bloodworms, brine shrimp, etc.) in the morning and Atison's Betta Pro pellets at night. :D
