I have a 10 gallon tank and I would like to put a Betta fish in as sort of a "Centerpiece" fish, but was wondering what other colourful fish could I put in with a Betta?

White cloud mountain minnows are nice fish, and your betta should be fine with them, unless your betta is super aggressive.

white cloud mountain minnows really arent colourful as u could get for that size of a fish and are cold water , try some type of small tetras

Dwarf cories, dwarf tetras in that sized tank i wouldn't be wanting anything larger than 1" besides the betta of course :)

Minnows prefer cooler water which is no good for the betta and neons are very active so in my opinion need atleast a 2ft tank

Maybe some male endlers or neons if u know how hard to care for they are and u could also have it with danios
Im assuming you mean zebra danios which are very very active fish. Thet really need a larger tank.
male endlers are a good small colorful choice. Neons have mixed opinions with bettas for being nippy but personally I've not had one problem with the mix. Celestial pearl danios are very small, beautiful peaceful fish, but can be rather expensive and sometimes difficult to feed. Small rasbora species are also a nice choice.
cheers
