Betta Emergancy

Just got home from work, looked in the tank and found my betta, double the size he was yesterday and his body a palish white and his scales look like there sticking up on end. The water quaity is fine, temp fine etc and all other fish appear ok, what could this be and how can i help him?

i'm afraid that is dropsy. keep his water super-clean.
