Betta Crazzy!

HEy i was looking throught this section of the site and it hit me. i want to know if you guys think this would be a good idea. but collect and keep betta! its a great idea to me. housing for them is cheap. they dont take up much space. easy to care for . and they come in such of a variety! there so beautiful. Good o bad idea guys??

Yeah bettas are pretty easy to keep, although you should keep them in at least 1 gallon of water, and change their water at least every 10 days.

Not sure I understand what you mean. Yeah I love bettas and am steadily building my collection. I'd love to know how many people actually have.
I have 3 males and 7 females. Would have had 3 more males but.... in spring I will!!

I'm a little confused to what you're asking.

I have 4 males, and 3 females. And a shrimp who lives with the girlies He jumps on their back if they get too close

What kind of shrimp do you have? All I've ever seen at lfs is ghost shrimp.

Oh yeah...I have one female right now...but I'm getting 6 more females and a male in the next few months. :>

i have 18 - 3 of which are females and i'm getting 2 more tomorrow - a male and female
and 46 betta fry and juvies

i have a ghost shrimp, i had several in my tank originally but my one female Evil killed most of them but this one survived.
