Betta Courtship Has Began

Hey guys my male Melano HMPK has started his courtship dance for my female Superblack plakat. The female is displaying bars and the bubble nest has been constructed. I'll keep everyone posted for the next few days. I'll also post new pics of the pair soon, they have grown a bit since I first bought them at the beginning of the month.

i was actually thinking the same thing pure blacks are i think, if they have sheens like the orchids have blue they *should* be ok

Just the Melano black female is infertile.
