my bettas have done all of the breeding things up untill the female released her eggs
but the males bubble nest is gone and he is not looking for the eggs... the are still locking together and releaing eggs but nothing else
please help

I don't think there is much you can do at this stage apart from wait for them to finish i.e once the female has dropped all her eggs then remove her and hope the male gets his act together, is this the first time they have bred? because inexperienced fish usually don't spawn successfully the first time round.

yeah this is there first time..
so i guess im sort of lucky at least they tempted it and they female is fine :good:

It happened to me with my first pairing, unfortunately there is nothing you can do at the moment, if you are lucky he may rebuild the nest & move the eggs up afterwards maybe? Does he have somewhere to build his nest? Half a poly cup or an Indian Almond Leaf?
