Betta Breeders In Canada?

Hello!

I have been searching everywhere for a Betta that is not half dead, preferably healthy splenden. The only place that has any near me is pets unlimited and these people do NOT take care of anything in their care properly. (The store quality might differ other places, however the ones in my city are pretty nasty. I'd love to know if there is a breeder in my area or if someone knows of a location that I'm missing.
