Hey there! Yeah I had the same problem with my 2 betas! I ended up buying betta bites for baby bettas, and they worked a ton easier. The female still took awhile adjusting to them and she would have to grab them 2 or 3 times but she eventually ate them. It was cute seeing her swim around with the piece in her mouth though! I still feed them the baby size pellets, but they don't have a problem eating them anymore. I would suggest you try those maybe, and then let them try that for a couple weeks, if it helps. It's really cute because Zoe, (my female betta) will put one in her mouth and if it's having trouble staying in, she will go for another one at the SAME time! very impressive little girl!
