My beautiful pair of antuta have blessed me with 18+ (can’t count them all!) little guys.
I’ve moved 13 into a grow out tank, and left the remainder with the parents. We will see how it goes with both groups.
I was not anticipating them spawning so fast so my fry food hasn’t arrived yet, but thankfully my tanks are plentiful in algae and micro critters and seeing as these appear to be close to two weeks old based on their development when I first discovered them after a week of being bedridden, they seem to be doing just fine until that arrives — though I do anticipate a growth spurt once they get the good stuff!
The parents don’t seem interested in the babies, they’d rather try taking a bite of a mystery snails eyeball or antenna than eat the fry, so I am hopeful for the survival of both groups
