Betta And Ich

My dear molly-boy othello has developed what seems like ich and (fin rot? or something) all at once. I don't currently have the means to quarantine him (tank was taken by my mother) but i do have a small betta barrack. Can bettas get ich...because i know i can move Rascal out at least...But neither she nor Dezzi seem harmed at all...

I've upped my tank temp and plan to go get some meds first thing tomorrow morning. Any other suggestions to help my fishies? Especially Rascal and Dezzi, since i dont want them getting infected.

but does it look like ich? Its not little white spots at all...

It looks like he's been battered about. the spots are too big to be ich and they're not white,they're scale shapes. Do you think because Othello was so territorial that Rascal has fought back? Because Dezzi is unharmed and he was never territorial.

your best bet of identifing the problem would be to post a picture. does it look fluffy at all?
