Can't say what meds you could use unless you get some of the UK ones down under, my med of choice for Ich would be King British WS3.

Steps ...

1 Before treating do a water change of 40% or so and while doing it vacuum as much gravel as possible as thoroughly as possible.
2 Add a good sized airstone and run it flat out, if you can increase the flowrate on your filter now is the time to do it.
3 Make sure all activated and other carbon is removed from the filter if you have any.
3 Increase the temperature in 1 degree steps avery 4 to 5 hours till you hit 28 to 29 degrees (this speeds up the ich life cycle).
4 Hit the Ich with the first dose
5 Get an antibacterial med and use that too to prevent the secondary infections and help support the fishes immune system.

You can do nothing now but wait and follow the treatment recommendations you will I think lose more fish, ich generally gets worse before better and by the time you see the spots it is well established. Ich can still kill the fish even after the treatment is finished because of the damage it causes to the gills (delayed mortality syndrome).

No water changes till the treatment is completed.
