Best Way To Steralise Equipment

whats the best way to steralise equipment thats used in all my tanks until i can get 1 for each tank? i only have 1 water syphon at the minute and have 6 tanks running and 1 has got problems in it at the minute so i dont want to spread anything between tanks.

1 part bleach to 19 parts water. And then rinse in heavily dechlorinated water.

If it was me I would just use boiling water on it.

I use Milton, which is a chlorine based baby bottle steriliser. Keep my stuff in that between uses and then rinse in heavily dechlorinated water when I need it.
