My tanks are fine now but i was just wondering if in the future they get to to high, what would be the best way to get them back to normal? Like by simply doing water changes or adding supplements that API tell you to use.

I've actually heard of someone with their nitrates at 150ppm, but you obviously want to avoid that at all costs.
(Don't ask how that person had nitrates that high... It was a story in my Fish keeping mag...)
Bet yeah, it's best to keep them below 40ppm. :good:
Everything else (nitrite, ammonia.) should be 0ppm if your tank is properly cycled.
:good: :good: :good:

Ensure its fully cycled, and continue to do regular water changes
