Best Way To Clean A Ceramic Disc

I know there was a thread about this a while ago, but i cant find it! So what is the best way to clean out my ceramic disc?

Soak it in a solution, 1 part bleech, 20 parts water. Leave that over night or longer. Then empty the solution and replace with tap water. Do this a few times to get all the bleech out. Ive heard people using de-chlorinator to get rid of the bleech.
