The Tropicalfishfinder site is a good point of departure; they now list the stocklists for several shops that deliver, including Wholesale Tropicals in London, who have a very good reputation and often do the sort of species you are talking about. Another place to look would be the trade page of the British Livebearer Association web site- they sell some titchy fish in there.
