Best Off The Shelf Fertilizer ?

Hi, what's the best off the shelf fert? ive got a 125L tank temps at 26 and i have the standard hood light from a jewel tank my plants atm are crypt, elodea, vallis, morimo moss and amazon frogbit but i may have others at the weekened.
