Best Meds For Treating Worms?

so my roommate has a balloon molly that seems to have developed intestinal worms. they're red and poke out of her butt all the time and go back in. it's so disgusting!! anyway, what is the best medication available in the US to use for that sort of thing? we've tried internal parasite food made by jungle which is a pretty good brand and i don't understand why it's not working!! unless of course the fish aren't eating it.... what has everyone had the best results with?

Thats an english med but don't know if you can get it in the states.

thanks for the link! it was helpful but i'm still having trouble finding medication in the US. there's so many for external parasites but none for internal. right now i'm just treating with salt, hopefully it'll help until i find a good medication!

Bleh.. that's pretty gross.. the only thing that I know of is that Jungle labs stuff.
When you put it into the tank next time, make sure to watch to see if the fish actually eats it or not.
