your gonna need 2 300W heaters, my personal choice would be Fluvals,

Jager and Visitherm are both excellent brands, as previously said 2 300W would be advisable
Or, assuming you're going with an external filter(s) then a hydor ETH 300 on the outflow pipe(s)
