Best food

Opinions please. I need opinions on best diet for fish, and what brands of food to use in the diet (i.e. flake (Tetra), frozen (Hikari), etc...)

Omega One as your staple food, and bloodworms, tubifex, etc. added in.

I like Hikari (flakes and pelletes), OSI (spirulina flakes) and New Life Spectrum (pelletes) foods so far...

I tried and don't like Tetra flakes (slightly better) and Nutrafin flakes (my fishes don't like them much - spits out quite a bit).

I love all hikari products.

I guess it was not a bad idea to send out free food, cause after seing my fish reaction to the flakes, I went out and purchased micro pellets, frozen brine, and other things

I don't know if it's available outside of the UK, but I swear by JMC brand foods. The catfish pellets will induce even the most stressed plec to feed and they promote glorious colours and rapid growth in anything that eats them.
