Best Food For Swordtail Fry

One of my new albino koi swordatils dropped about 15 fry a couple days ago. I moved them to a breeding trap, but i will probalbly release them again cuz neither of the adults were bothering them. I know they can eat powdered flakes, and that is what I have been feeding them so far. But what is the best food for them, what will make them grow really fast?

Freshly hatched live baby brine shirmp! Their easy to hatch and feed to your babies. I also purchased Omega One's Natural Protein Formula Freshwater Flakes and crushed that up and fed it to them. They loved both those foods.

Ditto, NHBS is the best food you have for any fish, and then good quality crushed flake foods are fine.
