If you don't care about money, Eheim's 3e 2074. By far, in my experience, the best filter on the market. I use the slightly larger 2076 version in my 200-230 litre tanks, which would probably also work for you.

Or if you do care about money the AllPondSolutions filters are pretty good. I have the 2000EF on my 200L but the 1400 would be adequate.

They're good yeah, I think they're great value considering all the media they come with.
