well out of curiosity i was wondering what type of environment would be best for salvinis and cutteri cichlids? Like plenty of driftwood or lots of fake plants, sand, etc.

Drifwood and rocks marking out clear teratories, sand to dig in, large fake plants to break up lines of site, not a huge filter flow.
Not much more than that id have thought.

Not a problem.

What size tank are they going it, how many pairs are you going to have?

Its my 55 gallon tank. There's 1 female green terror (which i got lucky because she just happens to be non-aggressive), a cutteri cichlid, 2 angels (which I may remove) and lots of bottom dwellers.

Yeh id remove the angels, they could well be killed.
Is the cutteri a male or female? Might just want to keep an eye on how they get along with the GT. What size are they both?

So far i believe the cutteri is a male. The pelvic fins aren't round edged like the green terror. Their getting along fine as of right now. The green terror is about 3 inches. The cutteri is is about 2 inches.

Well actually I wasn't just wondering, I've changed my substrate to sand yesterday and my tank has driftwood, fake plants, and lava rock in it now. I want to buy some more driftwood soon. Oh and I removed the green terror and the angels. So now the tank is looking pretty empty. lol.
