Best Air Diffuser

im gonna set up my diy co2 on my 29 gal soon hopefully and i need to know what would be the best type of air diffuser to use.

i would go with the hagen ladders,also you wont need a diffuser since thats what the ladder is used for but you can use other diffusers.

the hagen is a great starter unit and like the thread says above mine you can add different diffusers for even more absorption.
