yeah you can, most likely the way il do it tbh. but id need a pump to try it on the rio behind
in my head, im planning two sumps - one higher than the other. " drains from the tank. One through the skimmer, the other direct to one sump. One sump would be algae based the other all equipment.

Have you checked out Melevs reef web pages has some great ideas on sumps etc.

i meant to get a few pics in the back of the car and in doorways etc...but it was wayyyy to heavy and i forgot! i aint putting it back in the car either!

would love a 3ft fron to back tank but cant have one as comes out too far in lounge 2 ft is most i can go

Ive had silly head on recently.
Today ive bought

1 x Large elegance - stunning pinnk tipped one
1 x Decent size Zoa rock
1 x 5" majestic angel
1 x TMC commercial external pump, to be the return 12,000LPH i think



Ive also got the week off work now, so the plan is to really get things moving with my tank now

i can do pics of the elegance and the Zoas, the pump and the angel are elsewhere though. My mate is babysitting my corals and stuff for me as of next week. My current tank is getting stripped down and emptied 2morow

Ie got most of it, just the last 4 bits i need now. Il get everything out and take some pics when i get a minute. My mum keeps saying its too big and wants me to get a 4x2x2 instead, so im not going to rule that out completely yet. i want to keep this though

Just switched my CA reactor off going balling with a GHL over the next few months and slowly migrate all control over to the GHL
